Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: October 14, 2026
The Hoffmann Law Firm, L.L.C. wants everyone who visits this website to be able to find what they need, read it comfortably, and reach us easily. We are working to make hoffmannpersonalinjury.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
Our approach
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most commonly used for websites in the United States. Among other things, we work to keep text readable and resizable, provide descriptive text for meaningful images, keep the site usable by keyboard, maintain clear headings and structure, and keep contact options simple and visible on every page.
Accessibility tools on this site
This website includes the UserWay accessibility widget, available from the icon on every page. It lets you adjust contrast, text size, spacing, cursor size, and other display settings, and it can read page content aloud. These tools are offered as a convenience and do not replace your own assistive software.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. The site is reviewed and updated regularly, and we address issues as they are found. Some older articles may not yet meet every standard; we are working through them.
